Each garment manufactured is followed one by one through each step, from design and development to the sourcing and processing of yarn, throughout the knitting process all the way to the final stages such as washing, finishing, quality control, steaming, pressing and packaging.

We understand the importance of washing for the finishing of our garments. During finishing we ensure that the water is brought to the necessary PH and softness. We only use natural and sensitive softeners from Internationally known companies.

Our Quality control team has consistently high standards and ensures complete inspection of each garment. There are multiple procedures involved in the manufacturing process. We carry out quality checks at each stage in the production cycle. Each individual knitted panel is checked by hand to ensure that it meets with our high standards and the expectations of our client’s needs. Each panel and each seam pass through our high level inspection process.

With more than 3000 square meters of manufacturing space, and approximately 100 staff, we produce thirty thousand pieces of high-quality products every month.
